Hi,

While I was in Kansas City last weekend, I spent some glorius time in the
Barnes & Noble Book Store. In the magazine dept. I found , "Kitchen
Gardener, the Vegetable and Herb Gardening Journal", April/May, 2000. It
contains an article about edible flowers, "Five Flowers to Dine On." It
includes the daylily, nasturtium, monarda (aka bergamot or bee balm), viola
and squash blossom. and gives recipes.

Overall, I found the whole magazine to be delightful. Their website is
www.kitchengarden.com
