I have used the same weight fabric in an area that is windy and used the
Tufbell clips found in the Peaceful Valley catalog. I used the recommended
spacing (every 6 feet)but that didn't hold them down. I had to put the clips
about every 2 feet and in a storm some still came loose. I don't know how
much money you want to spend but the clip with a staple is a little over
$.50 each if you buy in quantity so this can get pricey.
