For those of you interested in growing produce in the winter, here is our
brand new website complete with pictures of our crops in December. It is
still a work in progress, so be kind :-). Keep in mind, these are unheated
spaces. As I said in a session at a Women in Ag conference in December, the
good new is you can grow 52 weeks a year. The bad news is you can grow 52
weeks a year - no respite. However, with the droughts of the last several
summers, we are beginning to think that winter may be our most productive
and profitable season.
