I think the path is Administration > Options > General.

The mailserver is actually external to Lyceum - it is some software that
runs (either on the computer you installed lyceum on, or another computer).
What you'll want to do is look at your hosting provider's documentation and
see if there is a mailserver available to you (or write their support and
ask them if they have a mailserver). If you don't get anywhere, you may
want to just install lyceum and see if you have a local mailserver (if you
have shell access, I can give you some commands to see if you are running a
mailserver.)
