Would you notice a personality change with this release? Some proof if you have it. ? I use a subligual B complex and think I notice this. I am not aware of allergies but I must have them with inflammatory response, probably thinking that darn wheat thing again. You can have emotional triggers too.

Ken, I can NOT say it WILL work but I can say vitamin B-5, a.k.a. pantothenic acid has NOT failed yet to relieve allergies. It is easier to believe they are caused by a B-5 deficiency than an OTC allergy med deficiency. :-) Dean

A doctor's life goal is writing prescriptions. They do not realize that the body can heal itself sometimes. I am 76 and take no medications except for allergies [OTC and my allergy dr said I could not beat them] which I have had most of my life. Like Joan's husband, my wife makes me take vitamins, etc. The heart specialist [wife demanded I go see him] put me on a stat because my cholesterol is a little high. [Family dr said at that level take nothing] I researched the side effects of stats and stopped taking them. Learned that five men at church had done the same thing. Told my wife that when I have a heart attack, email the heart doctor and tell him he was right.Ken H
