We've been awfully lucky on this list for a long time, free from most of the
thoughtless trivia and nonsense that plague a lot of lists in this general
area. We have good discussions and intelligent disagreements, and I for one
learn a lot. Most joined this list through word of mouth (or the Internet
equivalent) and I've been pretty picky about who I invite personally. My gut
instinct is not to contact Logsdon. Now Wendell Berry ... wait, he doesn't
use a computer.
