Thanks so much. I've been trying to tell some people about this, but couldn't remember what it was called. I have about 25 acres of elm and mesquite that will be perfect for this, if I'm careful and don't exceed its limits. I figure complete regrowth of harvested areas will take about 15 years, so if I divide it up into 1.5 acre patches it should stay in production indefinitely.
