Paul
it's very simple. There are two ways. Take a container and fill with comfrey leaves then fill with water and cover after a couple of weeks it will ferment. Dilute to a weak tea and use, you cannot keep this very long.
The best way is to take a container with either a tap or holes in the base. If you use one with holes in the base you will have to stand it in a container or have one underneath the container with the comfrey leaves in. Place the leaves you have in the container and then place a weight on top of the comfrey. You may need to place a board under the weight to support it. After a few weeks a liquid will be pressed out and run into the lower container. This can then be bottled and stored and will keep for years. Again dilute down to a weak tea to use.
there will be no smell to this whereas the first way will stink to high
heaven.
Pete

I have a bed of comfrey but not enough room to grow a lot. How do you make a liquid feed from comfrey? It sounds like ideal fertilizer with the deep minerals and all.
