- Subject: [Livingontheland] Canteloupes for Summer?
- Date: Wed, 30 Jul 2008 21:33:30 -0500
This has been a VERY hot and dry summer, and
discouraging with regard to growing food. However, I had a cantaloupe
volunteer that has been fine through the heat and drought. I've never
thought to grow cantaloupe in my small garden because it takes too much
space. Now I'm wondering if I can grow cantaloupe through the summer where
the beans were. What say ye?
