Has anyone worked with this? Saving vegetable seeds for sprouting, to
literally grow your own vitamins? We know the volume and vitamin content
increase greatly by sprouting. Like broccoli. There's time and effort in
producing the seed from your own plants, but you get the powerful greens in
winter or anytime you don't have greens to harvest.
