I trust neither of you fine folks will escalate this. Calling it nonsense
was not personal. The reply turned personal using the word "you". Which is
where I draw the line.

I'd be careful about generalizing from anecdotal evidence. Some people
believe their body tells them what to eat, but others would take that to
mean eat whatever you please, whenever, and in any amount. Personally I
think my brain is part of my body and I'm supposed to use some of it ;-)
