Certainly no incentive for them. But it's doubtful we're big enough to be
of any concern to them. They've made the organic label so expensive that
Whole Paycheck is usually out of reach for the average working family. One
thing they can't regulate is what we grow for our own table. I suspect
they'd regulate farm stands and farmers markets out of business if they
could, and the supermarket chains would plead innocent. Can you say
"underground economy"?
