To add to my cryptic response - my own focus for a lot of compelling
reasons is the urgent spread of knowledge about growing a lot more
healthful food on a lot less land, and the storing and using of it in local
communities. This has been well researched and demonstrated, and none of it
is my own invention. I'm just a messenger and we're all learning. My
concern is better food for more of society, and IMHO this is not well
served for ordinary working families by endless academic jargon and
expensive seminars. My opinion.
