Hello. I could probably help. We do not 'officially' have quince in the genebank but there are a few bushes left over from a long defunct program of some sort here at Harrow. Last year we collected fruit, harvested the seed and germinated them so we have some seedlings. If this person would be satisfied with that (they are 4 or 5 inches high, but growing quickly) I can provide some.
