CCleaner (aka crap cleaner) is the choice from all (both on and off the list). Installed and ran it today with no problems. Jury is still out on its effectiveness.

I've used CCleaner to clean up registery, startup, etc. problems on
Windows computers with good success. Note that it is quite aggressive
in its default configuration and will do things like remove all your
browser cookies it thinks are the slightest bit out of the ordinary, for
example. You should definitely not just run it blindly.
