I will second this recommendation and advice.
It's probably the best of the ones I've tried over the years.

Windows computers with good success. Note that it is quite aggressive
in its default configuration and will do things like remove all your
browser cookies it thinks are the slightest bit out of the ordinary, for
example. You should definitely not just run it blindly.
