No experience, but from those prices, you could replace the third party part several
times and still be under the cost of the dealer option.

The check engine light on my '99 Honda Accord Ex came on and both

My regular mechanic is recommending a dealer replacement part instead of
third party because they've had problems with third party parts not
holding up. Dealer part is $900 plus $70 to $100 labor. Ouch.

Third party part options run $150 to $275. Has Anyone had any
experience with catalytic converter issues on '99 Honda Accords? Any
advice?
