Susan:

The Tripug group (php) group has done much work with CMS including one member
having a large cms for the triangle. They can lead you.

Their website is tripug.org

Dave from Icontact created the group and it the leader.

Their website is done in Drupal. Xoops and Joomla have been used by the
group. They have a meeting each month.
