And not only that, the new ATMs don't read printed checks- they just
spit em back out. So, I then have to go into the bank to deposit
these. How hard would it be to leave the old functionality- taking in
envelopes as a last resort? That is, if the imager doesn't work, let
us submit the envelopes with the cash or check in them and process
those at a much slower rate. So that people have an incentive to use
the check and cash imagers instead of the envelopes.
