Yeah I saw that! It was the first time I had deposited via ATM in a
very long time (more than a year, I believe) and I used the ATM at the
Davis Drive/RTP location. I was depositing a refund from the
insurance company. I had been carrying the thing around and it was
pretty beat up, but the ATM read it in and figured out correctly how
much money it was too. Sorry yours got chewed up!

I think it's a line of hooey that the local BoA can't touch the ATM.
I'm not saying the manager is lying, but that just seems absurd.

I'm not saying you should go further up the chain but you should go
further up the chain. :-)
