ftp is traditionally the way to go. However, https is easier to use for me.
It depends on how often you need to do it, the number of people that need
access and the degree of security required.

I used to run an ftp site for trading Grateful Dead recordings as well as my
own music. It is not set up now, though. Otherwise, I'd gladly let you use
it.

It is a one time thing or something you want to do regularly?
