Be careful. It should work, but maybe not for long.

I’d look at the very spotty longevity listed on newegg.com for these drives,
at a much lower cost, BTW:

And you can get the three-user version of retrospect with far advanced
capabilities for about $80 so the OWC deal is no deal, in my opinion:

Carbon Copy Cloner to an external firewire drive, install the new drive,
boot from the external, Carbon Copy Cloner the info back...
