I think I was "throttled" recently by NetFlix--returned two movies at
the same time, and one of the new ones was sent out about five days
later than the other. Also, I have a nieghbor who has the
one-out-at-a-time (cheapest) plan who basically caught them red handed
in delaying shipping of his next DVD. These both came on months when
we burned through a lot of discs.

They've also periodically sent the wrong disc, i.e. Season 2, vol. 1
instead Season 1, vol 1. But, I still really like NetFlix for the
selection, ease of use, and convenience. Even on months where I only
view 2 DVDs and they win, I greatly prefer it to other options.
