Any suggestions on what he can do to convince the dealership that they owe
him a new truck, and not a almost new one, with a frame that needed to be
straightened, and will probably never be 100% right?
In almost all cases, a dealer will repair rather than replace
since one is warranty work and the other is a straight loss.
Frames are straightened all the time. I assume the dealer has
offered to do the work under warranty and we hope they stand
behind their repairs. What model truck is it?
