This story is mostly interesting in regards to the controversy last week where a registered sex offender was "encouraged" by his CH neighbors to leave their neighborhood.

One of the issues with the neighbors was the offender still didn't believe he had done anything wrong, while others thought he should have been treated with more understanding. And then this story comes up the following week:
