1) Why are you on INW?

Good question. Uhhh... to meet other people with
interests that possibly overlap my own in some way
and who I might develop friendships or business
relationships with, or at least enjoy hanging out
with on occassion?

2) What would motivate you to come out to a gathering?

I don't need much motivation beyond food, spirits and a chance to hang out somewhere. The main reason I've never
made a meeting has been schedule conflicts. I seem to
always have a class or some other commitment on the
night of the INW meetings.

3) Is there any function or event that you would love to have INW do?

Gee, I don't know in terms of an "official" INW event... I'm still trying to figure out what the "official" MO of
INW is. ;-)

But in terms of things that some portion of INW members might find interesting, that would interest me, I'd say:

A costume party type thing around Halloween would be cool. Some kind of special X-Mas get together might be interesting.

If anybody is much interested in mysticism, a seance might be fun; if we have anybody onboard who's qualified to conduct such a thing.

Random pot-luck dinner / lunch things at someone's home? I remember once when Joanna had a few of us over to her place
for one, that was cool. I enjoy cooking personally, so I love doing these things.

A field trip to see the North Carolina Symphony? I had thought about suggesting this before (or maybe I did,
my memory is kinda fuzzy on that point) but either forgot
or nothing came of it.
