Thanks to everyone for all the help! I spoke with Bill this morning and am
implementing some of the suggestions that he had. I'll repost if I still
have issues, but he has seen this problem before and I think that his
suggestions (essentially, clean up unused and temp files) will work. Thanks

Get rid of Journal Viewer first. It is a POS that has no use
AFAIK. It kills Acrobat.
