I've had the Kyocera 7135 for about 6 months, and absolutely love it.
I had the 6035 for a couple years prior to that, and liked it also. I
can't compare it to the Treo, as I haven't used one.

Some of my favorite things about the 7135 are the MP3 player and
photoviewer. It's made my travelling a lot lighter - in one small
object I have photos to share with friends, music to get me through the
plane ride, currency & metric converters, books to read, games to
play...

The one drawback I know of is a known issue in which the hot sync with
the computer sometimes doesn't work because it thinks the port is
already in use. It requires a soft reset to fix, about 30 seconds time
loss. This happens to me every 2 weeks or so.

I haven't needed to use their customer service with the 7135, but they
replaced my 6035 with no questions or difficulties when it was acting
unstable after about a year.
