I believe that I paid about $100 for an inspection and a cleaning
about 5 years ago when I was departing my last house.
I paid when they finished the job - they did a good job and kept the
house clean.
Now if I could only remember who they were...
Also, remember to avoid burning pine in your fireplace - the sap
adheres to the chimney and causes chimney fires.
Just in case you were thinking that you could burn your Christmas tree
in January when it was all dried out.
