A friend in Cary went on Saturday afternoon and described it as "lined up
out the door and down the block." Pollworkers told her it'd been the same
all day, every day, since Early Voting started. My boyfriend worked the
polls a week or so ago and said the longest they had between people coming
in was 5 minutes, maximum. When I voted Monday afternoon in Durham, the
line was out the door and down the sidewalk, just as described in Cary,
and growing. Turnout is going to be very, very high for this election.
