You sound almost as amazed as when I showed one of my High School
teachers her signature on her mortage.

They're public documents, that's just how it works.

In the last several elections down in Harnett County, the Democratic
Party (or just a campaign on its own) has purchased the list (paid for
copies, and more recently, burned to CD-Rs) to use for canvassing and
such
