One of the guys with us at the Kerry / Edwards rally was talking
about it. This is the first news article I've seen on it though.
I'm glad you posted it, because I'd kinda forgotten that I meant
to do some looking into this.

And yes, I'm opposed to the idea. The LAST thing we need
is YET ANOTHER Federal agency dedicated to spying on US
citizens. Didn't they create the <strike>Gestapop</strike>
Dept. of Homeland Security to do that?
