I'm sick to my stomach too, from all the whining and paranoia. The cops were
just doing their *job*. Would you want to be the cop that opted not to check
someone's ID, resulting in some horrific act? All that asswipe photographer
had to do was show his ID. If he wasn't doing anything wrong he didn't have
anything to worry about. Walk a mile in the cops' shoes before you get your
panties in a knot. They have families to feed, career expectations to meet,
etc. etc. When the cops can shoot you for not having an ID, then you can
whine.
