No

...sorry, don't know what an "'ack' message" is. I use Eudora 5.1. It behaved fine. And you saw the message, so mustof worked, but I didn't see it.
>are you very sure you don't have any filters of your own in place?
I don't think so.
>(And can you please double check anyway even if you are very sure? ;
I'll check this, but I can't imagine a filter here that blocks email from edwes@internetworkers AT lists.ibiblio.org
Do you know Eudora? I did "upgrade" recently from 5.0 to 5.1, but I don't think that should change anything. I'll look.

OK. So this, itself is the post!-)
Scott: do you work w/Michael Thomas on this?

I do. I'm one of the guys who has access to the INW list admin stuff in MailMan.

From a guy with Terminal Identity Crisis, hey, I appreciate this;-)

No problem.. So, tell me, did you see the above post hit the mailing list? And, did you get back an 'ack' message from MailMan confirming that your post hit the mailing list?

On the user side of things, are you very sure you don't have any filters of your own in place? (And can you please double check anyway even if you are very sure? ;) )

I don't have the power to view the SMTP logs on the ibiblio server so I cannot see if the list software is sending out a message to your address. The best I can do is tell you what MailMan (the list software) sees and adjust your subscriber information. Let me know the answer to the above three questions and we'll take it from there.
