Job Title: instructional designer
Job Description: The instructional designer is responsible for working
with other Isoph staff and our clients to scope, design, and develop
learning experiences, developed primarily for adult learners in the
social sector (nonprofits, associations, and foundations). The
emphasis is on self-paced, asynchronous online courses; facilitated
asynchronous online learning; and synchronous, instructor-led online
learning. This full-time, contractor-to-hire position will work at
Isoph's headquarters in Carrboro, North Carolina, reporting to the
company’s chief creative officer. No relocation expenses are
available, and local candidates are preferred.

This position
requires a self-starter who can manage concurrent projects in the
fast-paced environment of a growing company. The ideal candidate will
have experience in both online instructional design and scripting
online courses.
