Wal-Mart has been taken to court across the nation for unfair business
practices. I know of one case in VA that they lost. They had been
pricing their goods below cost in their Pharmacy until the local store
went out of business, then raised their prices. I know it wasn't much
better when Sam Walton was alive, but his children have taken it much
farther down hill.
