It's a nice idea, BUT, until the real estate industry around here stops
handing out crack I don't think it'll happen. You would think that some of
these companies would want to get a fair price instead of letting it sit
empty. NOT. It seems that they want more because so much of their
inventory is empty. They have to make up for it. I hope I'm just wrong
about this, I've been keeping an eye out for space for another bar. No
luck so far.
