For one thing, the more platforms, the better for consumers. WindowsFP
(Fisher Price) makes a pretty solid gaming platform. And I don't like
monopolies, so I need someone to be "another OS".

Just imagine, in a near future

TopTen best applications for Windows platform:

OpenSource Safari - Web Browser
OpenSource OpenOffice - Office Suite
OpenSource Evolution - Email + Collaboration tool
OpenSource Gimp - Image Manipulation
OpenSource Zinf (Zinf Is Not FreeAmp) - Media Player
OpenSource Apache - Web server
OpenSource PHP - Scripting Language
OpenSource MySQL - Database
OpenSource bash+cygwin - Command Line Interface
OpenSource Line[*] - Line Is Not an Emulator, to run Linux apps on Win

[*] Yes, I pulled this one out of my... "Red Hat Linux" Hat.

Ok, I now. It's way too late, and this scotch is pretty darn good. Good
night :)
