Unless you post, _they can't figure out that you belong to Internetworkers.
This is in accordance with the Internetworkers' privacy policy.

If you post, _they can figure out that you belong to Internetworkers if _they
subscribe to Internetworkers, since membership is open.

Per the article:

This appears to be one of the advantages of having a very common name like
Michael D. Thomas. (I have many, many stories about the problems of having a
common name.) The guy in the article couldn't figure out who I am! However,
the search 'java "michael d. thomas"' only turns up me, but then you have to
know something about me.
