But, see, the difference there is that I actually have business
with those folks. The previous post seemed to say that I should

Umm.. well, hmm... how do I get out of this one? :-) Actually, it's
probably because I was just trying to quote what you said, but I
actually can't stand beer so my subconscious morphed it into something
else. :-)

Or talking on a cell phone during a movie or anywhere else where
there is an expectation of silence (or at least no distractions).

This is pretty much common sense. It just bothers me when people
take it to the extreme and want to ban it everywhere.
