This quote (it's about help in grief counseling/coping) came from the
Washington Post:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A28055-2001Sep13.html

==============================
The phone was ringing too at the office of the Cigna insurance
company's behavioral health division. Within a few hours of the
attacks, the company had received about 50 requests from corporate
clients around the country seeking counseling for their employees,
said Keith Dixon, division president.

Among them were an airline company's Chicago-based flight attendants,
who knew some of the flight attendants killed in Tuesday's plane
crashes, he said.

(snip)

Late Wednesday, Cigna extended its behavioral health services to all
individuals and employers affected by Tuesday's events -- free of
charge even it they aren't customers.

"If we were a bottled water company we would be giving water to
firefighters on the front lines," Dixon said. "We don't do water here.
What we do is emotional assistance to people."
