2 additional thoughts:
1) re: wearing white. I was muy amused, as just this past sunday, I wore
my white capri pants out to see a movie for the *sole reason* that Labor
day rapidly approaches and soon these fair clothes will be out of season
(and, FWIW, I really don't think white is to be worn after Labor Day)
2) re: David Byrne show. Wow. Went with Joe. Glowed (we don't sweat) my
ass off ;-) He was hilarious... was clapping and cheering and loving it
just as much as we were. I loved the "song about his friend who took
LSD": "And We Were" Someone on another list I'm on said that he loved
the way DB's weirdness was so genuine!
So far off-topic it's not even funny,
Gina

My brain seems to have a circuit-breaker-like mechanism that, when I get
confused and befuddled by the overwhelming monstrosities of my life,
causes a default to the simplest and most pleasant of thoughts. Like
Marshmallow Peeps. I *like* Marshmallow Peeps.

gina AT vnet.net (me personally) really matters:

gina AT earthling.net (me personally, again -- sick of me yet? ;)
