Hey David,

Thanks! I studied Chi Kung when I lived in NYC and found it really helped
with my energy levels and over all well being. In the almost 4 years (I
can't believe its been 4 years) that I have been here I haven't done
anything to even closely related to it. So I may have been active enough to
post but that was only after 4 years of thinking about it. ;-)

On a somewhat unrelated note, I came across this local news story while I
was searching for Tai Chi classes and I found it really touched me:

Don't know why I'm posting it to the list, but maybe some others will get
something out of it also.
