Cooking is one of my favorite pasttimes (along with eating). A number
of years ago I took some cooking classes through Wake Tech for fun
(actually very good, basic ethnic cooking classes), but I haven't run
across other types of classes like that in other venues. Have any of you
taken classes like this anywhere around the Triangle region? It is very
therapeutic (to me anyway) and I would like to hear more about the
experiences of y'all.
Does anyone take other kinds of classes or have other activities for
therapy? (Okay, I already know about woodturning.) Thanks, Roger (in
RTP)
