Will have to research what works on eggplant bugs. Last year darn bugs

Flea beetles. My eggplants suffer as well. HOWEVER, just this week I may have found a simple remedy. Soapy water. I put some Dawn and some Murphy's Oil soap in water and sprayed the leaves. I did it last Friday and not only are the plants beetle free, but they are sprouting new growth.
As for squash bugs, just pick them, squish 'em and tear the seeds off the leaves. They give me the creeps. I hate them.
