I read that DC' AM and PM tapes that AM is for the Mind and PM is for the Body...it is probably what you have, titled differently, so that is what I ordered.
I think I would like Tae Bo...I love martial arts and boxing. If I were much younger, I think I would be doing MMA or boxing instead of being a runner, but back then, women did not do such things.

I have a boxed set of Tai Chi for the Mind and Tai Chi for the Body. I had a different workout (an old one that I don't see there...it may have been the Tai Chi Workouts for Beginners with a different cover), but I literally wore the tape out. I also have the Chi Kung Beginners Workout.

I also have Billy Blanks Tae Bo. It was my son's but he never used it, so I tried it. It's a little too energetic for me. It's kind of karate and boxing...it comes with a large inflatable punching bag. It's weighted (the base is filled with water), and it's a whole lot more solid than you'd think. It stands up well to being punched and kicked. It sat in the middle of my kitchen for about a year, and everyone would go a couple rounds with it when they walked by. I finally got sick of it being in the way and deflated it.

I have (don't laugh) David Carradine's Tai Chi and Chi Kung tapes. I got
them because I was curious and I found them cheap online. They are
actually
very good.

Those are very good, I've seen them, when through the Chi Kung part. Good
stuff.

If ever I can get hold of his Kung Fu TV series, I'd make a separate DVD of
the episode "The Way of Violence Has No Mind" and have my children critique it.

I loved Kung Fu so much I called my kid Grasshopper...lol

The page above has both DC tai chi vids and Kung Fu...in case you want
to hint to someone for Christmas..
Lynn, which one of those tapes do you have?
