Right. I haven't either.
These things are under the big oaks, all over the place, almost as
numerous as acorns. If you are under the oaks, and look down, you see
one every four inches or so. Their color fades with time. I took a few
pics of the tree, the berries, and various shots of the ground. I think
you can see them the best on the picture that was taken of the driveway.
There are probably millions of them in my 'front yard' alone, wherever
there are big oaks.
