I bought and read your book , years ago, Gene. It was definitely
instructional. It is somewhere around here; if I knew exactly where, I'd
read through it again.

But, I know what my prioritites in property are; and I'm much more open to
region than most (except for heavey snow, extreme cold).

But, in looking in selling arenas (of this type property) of which I am
familiar (such as united country for example); I just don't see the real
estate decline (bloodbath, really) being reflected in asking prices.
