I believe it was I that mentioned colloquialisms. I was not saying that palin was using euphamisms. that was someone else. I just said that I am not bothered by them... or colloquialisms.

"Bless their hearts" and such are not euphemisms. A euphemism is a
word or
phrase substituted for one that cannot be mentioned because it is not
acceptable in the discourse.

She uses colloquialisms, which I believe was also mentioned. If not, I
imagined it.
My point or my issue with her delivery is that it is too casual.

Colloquial language is informal language that is not rude, but would
not be
used in formal situations. It is less unacceptable than

A *colloquialism* is an informal expression, that is, an expression
