I've been seeing more articles in MSM about "new cities" lately. There are some innovators who are making things happen to improve city conditions. Not for me, but nearly half of Americans prefer to live in cities. Energy prices may well be a factor in keeping them there. Lots of rooftop and community gardening interest also.
Change is constant. The issue today is speed of change. With time, people adopt. When change happens fast, it can create trouble.
